Camellia x 'Night Rider'

'Night Rider' is one of the most difficult Camellias to grow, but can be one of the most rewarding.  Dark, black-red pigment seeps into every inch of this plant from the semi-double, waxy flowers, into the filaments, and to the tips of the new growth.
