Stachyurus praecox 'Sterling Silver'

The white edged leaves on this "Golden Spike-Tailed Shrub" will catch your eye from a distance. This easy to grow deciduous shrub reaches 8-10' tall and wide. In late winter, before the leaves emerge, it is adorned with long yellow racemes of flowers, which appear to "drip" from arching branches. Best grown morning sun to full shade with moist, well drained soil. [10'T x 10'W, Zones 7-9]
