June Transformations

If you are growing Camellias, you may see some exciting transformations on your plant this month! Camellia seed pods from fall and spring flowers will become more apparent- these pods can be collected around October and cracked open or dried to reveal seed. Also this month, flower buds begin to develop!

Fun Fact: Both fall and spring blooming Camellias set their buds in June, so be careful where you prune! ✂️
