Refund policy
We grow and ship healthy plants, packed with the utmost of care.
Should your plants be damaged during the shipping process, we will happily replace them with the same size and cultivar (if available), or with an agreed upon substitute (when necessary). To request a replacement, please email us with photos as soon as possible. Replacement requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. We will not be held responsible for horticultural failures that occur after planting.
In accordance with federal and state policies, some states require that all plants shipped receive a soil treatment with pesticides. No refund will be offered if the purchaser fails to review our shipping policies prior to placing an order.
Orders requested to ship between June 1 stand Sept 15th come with no guarantee and are not eligible for replacement or refund. Please see our Shipping FAQ for details.
Replacements will not be offered on account of bugs found on plants or for variegated camellias with solid blooms.
Refunds may be issued prior to shipping if a plant is no longer available.
We are not responsible for horticultural failures. Plants come with a 30 day guarantee- beyond that time frame, no credits or replacements will be processed.
