Our message regarding COVID-19

Dearest friends,

We've received a fair number of phone calls regarding our hours and operations in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.

While we continue to work tirelessly to ship and pull orders for pick-up, we will be open by appointment only until further notice – a decision we feel is in the best interest of our staff and customers alike. We are reevaluating regularly and will resume our normal business hours as soon as it’s safe to do so!

At this time, it’s best to place orders online and schedule pick-up appointments via email. You’re more than welcome to give us a call – if we aren’t immediately available, we’ll return your call as soon as possible.

April has always been our busiest month for shipping and this year is no different. So far we’ve been able to process all orders by the requested date, but please understand that what we do takes time and care, which may result in some delays. We adhere to a strict shipping schedule to ensure the safe arrival of the plants and orders are shipped on a first-in-first-out basis. If your order will be delayed for any reason, we will contact you via email.
