This smaller plant has bright red semi-double flowers. Like dwarf conifers, this plant grows quite slowly at roughly 3 inches per season, but will continue to grow year after year.  While it's 10-year expected size is only about 3'x3', it could easily reach 5'x5' in 20 years.
