The "Variegated Goldfish Camellia" (transl.) has bell-shaped blooms.  Leaves are broadly ovate with multiple fishtail-like tips for year-round interest.  Originated in Niigata Prefecture, Japan, 1971. The transposons (aka jumping genes) that cause the color streaks are very unstable and will often produce solid rose-red or pink flowers.
