Abies pinsapo 'Horstmann' (firma)

'Horstmann' is a blue-green fir with dense, spreading branches. Originating in Germany, this cultivar has a rounded, globule shape when young, but grows rapidly as it ages unless carefully pruned. Once growth begins to accelerate, growth rate may reach 6-12 inches per year. Grafted onto Abies firma. [3'T x 2'W in 10 years. Zones 6-9.]
