Camellia japonica 'Magnoliaeflora'

(aka 'Hagoromo') "Robe of Feathers" (trans.) is from Edo, now known as Tokyo, and appears in literature dating back to the late 1800s.  Pale pink, semi-double flowers have curved petals reminiscent of lotus flowers.
