Camellia rhytidocarpa
The most striking part of this plant are the wrinkled and warty seed capsules which look like Litchi fruits. The pure white flowers open in the fall and are about 2 inches across. The narrow leaves have indented veins and can be up to 6 inches long. This species is found in Guangxi, Guizhou and Hunan provinces.
