Camellia japonica 'Campari Var'
Camellia japonica 'Campari Var'
'Campari' is the favorite of Jim Campbell, former president of the American Camellia Society. This cultivar was introduced by Armstrong Nurseries of California in 1972 but is still quite new to us.
Our clone does have the yellow mottle virus so yellow mottles will be seen in the foliage and white spots are evident in the blooms.
