Cupressus glabra 'Silver Smoke'

The silver smoke cypress has beautiful silver-blue to smokey grey needles. This clone was imported from New Zealand by Plant Delights Nursery. Like other Arizona cypress this will become a moderately sized tree of about 25' tall by 12' wide in 10 years. 'Silver Smoke' does best in dry, very well drained situations and full sun. It develops reddish brown peeling bark as it ages.
