Jazz Hands Variegated® (PP#27713) is the first of its kind!  This Chinese fringe-flower cultivar shows the most amazing speckling on the leaves.  New foliage is a vibrant pink and matures to deep purple with green and white markings.  Vibrant pink flowers explode like fireworks in spring.
