Tea Harvest & Processing Workshop
This 4-hour workshop provides the instruction and hands-on experience that are invaluable to learning the art of making tea. In our Tea Garden, pluck your own shoots to make Green Tea and gain an understanding of which to harvest and why, as well as how to do so without damaging the plant or leaves. Back in the greenhouse, you'll learn how to cook and hand-roll your leaf before taking your very own batch home to dry.
Held on Sundays, from 10am until 3pm, with a 1-hour break for lunch, either individually or as a group. Space is limited so registration is required; classes will be held with a minimum of 4 participants. Attendees will be eligible for "Pick Your Own" weekends in August.
